Site holders must sign and agree to the occupation agreement on an annual basis.
Occupants must maintain the peace, comfort, cleanliness, and safety of the site.
Offensive behaviour, illegal activities, or nuisance of any kind will not be tolerated.
Damage to the site or park property must be reported to management immediately.
SITE RULES AND ALLOWANCES
The only allowable primary structure on a site is a caravan or campervan that is road-registrable and specifically designed for recreational use. Modular homes, converted shipping containers, cabins, or other moveable dwellings are not permitted as primary dwellings.
No more than one moveable dwelling is permitted per site at any one time.
No alterations, additions, or structural changes may be made to the site or dwelling without prior written approval from park management.
A single annexe may be attached to the caravan, provided it is demountable, contains no plumbing, and does not exceed the caravan in enclosed floor area.
No toilets or shower facilities are permitted inside the caravan or annexe.
Shipping containers may only be used as an annexe if they are physically attached to the caravan, are demountable, compliant with size restrictions, and have received prior written approval. These must also extend the habitable space of the caravan.
Structures must remain within the boundary of the site and must not cover more than two-thirds (66%) of the total site
area.
At least 2.5 metres of separation must be maintained between any structure or dwelling on this site and a neighbouring structure, as per council requirements. This space is not to be used for parking, private use or storage.
PARKING, BOATS, RIVERFRONT & MOORING
One vehicle per site at any one time and must fit within the designated space. Additional vehicles may incur a parking fee.
Speed limit within the park is 10km/h.
Vehicle registration numbers of site holders and regular visitors must be provided to the park
owners.
Boats are permitted onsite but must be stored entirely within the boundary of the designated site. They may not extend into roadways or communal areas.
For riverfront sites, vehicles are strictly prohibited from driving or parking on the grassed area between the caravan and the riverbank. This includes driving onto the area to park or stow your boats.
If you wish to moor your boat in the river you must seek council permission and provide the appropriate licences and documentation to the park owners.r dwelling on this site and a neighbouring structure, as per council requirements. This space is not to be used for parking, private use or storage.
GUESTS
Guests are permitted to stay in the existing van or in tents only, and these must be contained fully within the site.
Guests may not bring their own caravans, campervans, or any other moveable dwellings unless they are occupying a separately booked site.
All overnight guests must be registered with park management.
Occupants are responsible for the behaviour and compliance of their guests. Any breach committed by a guest will be treated as a breach by the site holder.
ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
Each site has an allowance of one 15amp power supply.
Power is connected to a power-meter and checked quarterly.
You may not piggy-back or connect your power to another site.
Power cords must be kept to a minimum possible length to avoid coiling. Follow all guidelines for safe electrical supply connection.
Unauthorised alterations to power supply is strictly prohibited.
You may supply your own padlocks to lock your power supply when not in use. The park owners do not take responsibility for any unauthorised power usage should you not have your power supply locked.
PARK SURVEILLANCE
Park Owner reserves the right to install park surveillance devices throughout the park. Such devices may include (but are not limited to) Day/Night camera systems with vehicle licence plate monitoring capabilities.
Surveillance is for security and safety purposes only and all efforts will be made to ensure siteholder privacy is maintained where appropriate.

Pets are not permitted
CHILDREN
Children must be supervised at all times. Any damage to amenities caused by unsupervised children will be payable by the site holder responsible.

GARBAGE/WASTE DISPOSAL
Council Garbage collection is each Monday irrespective of public holidays. Please place rubbish in bins Sunday evenings.
Dispose of garbage in designated receptacles. Recyclables should go in the appropriate recycling bins.
